A few things I know about people is that

b) they want to live in cool places and
c) they hate spam.
I think I’ve come up with the greatest emailing list ever.
Finally a place to send out the gold I find via the MLS. Ever since I’ve been involved with real estate, I’ve stumbled upon condos, townhomes, and single family homes that are absolutely amazing. And it kind of frustrates me, because I don’t know what to do with them. Facebook statuses talking about them are just so impersonal. Blogging about them is tricky, per MLS rules. But I can email them! Subscribe, and I will send you the best listings ever. Like, listings that will make your jaw drop and your eyes wide. I’ve tried just sending them out to random people that I think might like them, but it feels so spammy. Which I hate.
So here’s what I’m gonna do. During the week I will keep a list of all the awesome places I find, and send them out every Thursday. Not in a specific town. Just Seattle and the surrounding few towns. Not a specific price range, just what I determine to be cool places at a really good price. Probably under $300,000 or so.
This email list is for people who don’t think they can afford to buy, or rent because they think they can’t afford a nice place. If you’re holding out because you think you have to save, or make more money to buy the kind of place you want, subscribe. I’m sure you’ll be surprised! Maybe you really don’t want to buy yet, you just want to window shop, and get a feel for what’s out there. You should subscribe too.
