One thing I’ve noticed about this desirable Harbour Pointe neighborhood of homes is that when these homes are listed, they sell. While doing some research on the neighborhood last week, the number of expired listings I could find was minimal. The homes are super desirable because they are close to everything, safe location, golf course and Puget Sound views, accessibility to freeways, and of course, beautiful and well-built homes.
