Bothell’s population is roughly 30,150.
It is on the north end of Seattle’s desirable Eastside region. It’s a pretty weird shaped town, bordering Kirkland, Woodinville, Mill Creek, Kenmore, Lynnwood, and Everett.
I love the town because of it’s accessibility to Seattle, the eastside, and the north sound. Bothell is a great town to buy real estate in because it’s juuuuuust a hair outside metro downtown areas, but more affordable.
