Mukilteo is a town about 20 minutes north of Seattle, in Snohomish county. The population is about $18,000, one of those people being yours truly. See all Mukilteo homes for sale here
Of course in 2009, my little town was ranked one of the top 100 best small towns to live in by CNN Money magazine.
My neighborhood, Harbour Pointe is on the south end of Mukilteo. There are lots of condos, townhomes, all the way up to million dollar homes. The Harbour Pointe golf course is the center of the neighborhood. Some homes are on the golf course, and some have golf course views, as well as Puget Sound views.
People always think Mukilteo is out “in the boonies.” But, from the Harbour Pointe neighborhood, it’s five minutes to I-5, OR I-405, and from there it’s minutes to Seattle or the eastside.
